Luc Parmentier, originally from Namur, began his career holding various positions in design offices and general contractors. He then devoted himself entirely to real estate development, joining Besix Red, first as a developer and then as Deputy Director of Development. He then joined the Matexi Group Executive Committee. Luc Parmentier held the position of Business Director for the Brussels-Wallonie Region and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
